Hummus Info

ANNOUNCEMENT:  Nutritional information and labels will be published before the end of the year.  The nutritional labels will also be on the hummus tubs.  

The main and most plentiful ingredient in Victor's Hummus is organic Garbanzo Beans.  We use organic ingredients whenever possible.  We handcraft and taste every batch before packaging to insure that you are getting the healthiest and highest quality product.  Please stop by the MAC for lunch to preview other hummus flavors which may also be packaged at a later date. 

Chocolate H'Mousse™ , a dessert full of protein, complex carbs, & Fiber.  Eat it with a spoon or spread on crackers, wafers, toast, pita bread, or pocket bread.  You can even dip fruits into it.

Fresh Basil Hummus All Natural Ingredients:
Organic Garbanzo Beans, Sesame Tahini, Fresh Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Spices, Sea Salt, Citric Acid.

 Jalapeno Hummus All Natural Ingredients:
Organic Garbanzo Beans, Sesame Tahini, Pickled Jalapeno (distilled vinegar, salt, garlic powder, calcium chloride), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Spices, Sea Salt, Citric Acid.

Toasted Sesame All Natural Ingredients:
Organic Garbanzo Beans, Sesame Tahini, Lemon Juice, Toasted Sesame, Spices, Sea Salt, Citric Acid.
